Leasing
Our leasing guarantee states that if a resident does not complete at least 6 months of the lease term, we will find you a new resident at no cost.
Management
We believe we should only be paid if you get paid. If the property is vacant or rent isn’t collected, you don’t pay a management fee.
Eviction
Our resident screening is so rigorous that, if an eviction occurs, we will pay any additional legal fees that surpass the resident's security deposit up to $1,000. Plus we will re-rent the property at no aditional charge.
On Time Payment
Our On Time guarantee ensures property owners receive their rental proceeds promptly by the 15th of each month.
