Leasing
Our leasing guarantee states that if a resident does not complete at least 6 months of the lease term, we will find you a new resident at no cost.
Management
We believe we should only be paid if you get paid. If the property is vacant or rent isn’t collected, you don’t pay a management fee.
Eviction
Our resident screening is so rigorous that, if an eviction occurs, we will pay any additional legal fees that surpass the resident's security deposit up to $1,000. Plus we will re-rent the property at no aditional charge.
On Time Payment
Our On Time guarantee ensures property owners receive their rental proceeds promptly by the 15th of each month.
Make Ready
Recognizing the urgency of re-listing your home, we commit to completing all make-ready services within 10 business days of the owner’s approval of the estimates.
